Refund Policy
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us through the “Contact Us” link on our website or by sending an email to contact@electroglobal.in along with your order number. Our support team will respond to your request within one business day. Orders can only be altered or canceled if they are still in the “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policies outlined below.
Returns and Refunds:
We understand that certain circumstances may require returns. Here are the conditions under which we can accept a return request:
Damaged During Shipment:
If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide clear pictures and a description of the damage. Once our support team approves the return, we will offer either a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.
Wrong Item Shipped:
If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Include proper pictures and a description of the error. Upon approval from our support team, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a complete refund, covering the return shipping cost.
Limitation of Returns:
We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to improper use. Additionally, we cannot accept returns if the ordered product is unsuitable for a specific application. We strongly recommend reviewing the product specifications and datasheet before making your selection and placing an order.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the ElectroGlobal online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation.
