Refund Policy
Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us through the “Contact Us” link on our website or by sending an email to contact@electroglobalapp-cqdmdme5gpd0amd5.centralindia-01.azurewebsites.net along with your order number. Our support team will respond to your request within one business day. Orders can only be altered or canceled if they are still in the “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policies outlined below.
Returns and Refunds:
We understand that certain circumstances may require returns. Here are the conditions under which we can accept a return request:
Damaged During Shipment: If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide clear pictures and a description of the damage. Once our support team approves the return, we will offer either a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.
Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Include proper pictures and a description of the error. Upon approval from our support team, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a complete refund, covering the return shipping cost.
Limitation of Returns:
We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to improper use. Additionally, we cannot accept returns if the ordered product is unsuitable for a specific application. We strongly recommend reviewing the product specifications and datasheet before making your selection and placing an order.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the ElectroGlobal online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Yes, you can easily track your order within India. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your order and its expected delivery date.
While we make every effort to maintain product quality, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product within India, please reach out to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide clear pictures/videos and a description of the issue, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, covering return shipping costs. Please ensure to create a unboxing video of the received goods.
Yes, you can request order modifications or cancellations for orders within India that are still in the “Processing” or “Payment Verification” status. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible using the “Contact Us” link on our website or by emailing support@electroglobalapp-cqdmdme5gpd0amd5.centralindia-01.azurewebsites.net with your order number. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
