Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to lead the design, architecture, development, and optimization of advanced embedded products and intelligent electronic systems.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in embedded firmware development, RTOS, Embedded Linux, hardware-software integration, communication protocols, and product engineering.

- Lead engineering teams through the complete product development lifecycle
- Conduct architecture reviews, design validations, and technical feasibility assessments
- Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices
Advanced Firmware Development
- Design and develop scalable embedded firmware architectures
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, memory utilization, and power efficiency
- Lead bootloader development, firmware security implementation, and OTA update mechanisms
Embedded Linux & RTOS Systems
- Architect and develop applications for Embedded Linux environments
