Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Robotics & IoT Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of advanced robotics, automation, and IoT solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in robotics architecture, industrial automation, embedded hardware integration, IoT ecosystems, and intelligent systems engineering. This position requires a combination of hands-on engineering and leadership to drive innovation while mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead engineering teams in the development of robotics and IoT products
- Define technical architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices
- Conduct design reviews and technical feasibility assessments
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Robotics Architecture & Development
- Design advanced robotic systems for industrial and commercial applications
- Develop autonomous navigation, perception, and control systems
- Lead robotic system integration and performance optimization
- Architect scalable robotics platforms and intelligent automation solutions
IoT Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end IoT ecosystems including devices, gateways, cloud platforms, and analytics
- Lead deployment of large-scale connected device infrastructures
- Define communication frameworks and system security strategies

Required Technical Skills
- Robotic System Architecture, Autonomous Navigation, Sensor Fusion
- MQTT, REST APIs, Device-to-Cloud Communication, Edge Computing
- ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, ARM-Based Controllers
- ROS / ROS2, Computer Vision, AI-Integrated Robotics (preferred)
